Squared Circle Expo released a statement through their Facebook last week that said Sabu had been taken to the hospital due to a “serious medical emergency.” It was not explained what kind of emergency this was medically for the former ECW star.
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer noted that the ECW original has been telling friends he is fine after the incident, but this isn’t new for Sabu.
He’s also told friends he’s okay, but they’ve noted he always downplays his injuries and medical issues
