Trey Miguel Overcomes The Odds, Retains IMPACT X Division Title
Moments ago, Trey Miguel officially walked out of Rebellion the ANDSTILL….IMPACT X Division Champion after defeating both Jonathan Gresham and Mike Bailey in an Elimination Match.
Jonathan Gresham was eliminated first by a pinfall by Miguel. Bailey and Trey were the 2 remaining competitors. Trey rolled Bailey up and grabbed his tights for the victory.
On the April 6 episode of IMPACTonAXSTV, Mike Bailey and Jonathan Gresham were in the midst of a rubber match to determine who would be the number one contender for the X Division title and move on to Rebellion to get their shot.
Trey Miguel was on commentary for the match, and before either competitor could come away with the victory, Trey interfered and attacked both men, causing a disqualification. It was later revealed that both men would move on to Rebellion to get a shot at the X Division Title.
