Aliyah has been off WWE TV for quite some time and has not been injured as many fans have speculated.
She hasn’t wrestled a match since dropping the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles in September last year, and has vocally expressed her frustration with not being booked.
Ringside News asked around about Aliyah, and were told that their are currently no creative plans for her return to WWE.
We reached out to follow up on Aliyah’s status months later. She still has not returned to WWE, she isn’t injured, and she is actively posting on social media. We were told that Aliyah’s name is not discussed in WWE creative meetings at all. At this time, nobody knows what her status is, but she’s not being used.

We will have to see if Aliyah will pop back up at the upcoming WWE Draft, where the SmackDown and RAW rosters will be switched up to give more talent the spotlight. For now, her fans will just have to wait.
