Jon Moxley Leaves Tootsie Rolls All Over The House, Says Renee Paquette
Renee Paquette spoke on Liv Moods Live to talk about how WWE prepared her for AEW, having some creative flexibility in AEW, prepping for interviews, her connection with Jon Moxley, and other subjects.
Renee addressed a series of rapid-fire questions at the conclusion of the interview.
One thing people do not know about you
I can be an asshole. Everyone thinks I’m too nice, but I can be an asshole.
One thing that Jon does that drives you crazy.
He leaves Tootsie Rolls all over the house.
One parenting skill that you’re better at than Jon.
Oh, I mean, I’m the mom [laughs].
One skill he’s better at than you.
The roughhousing.
Who is batting out of their league?
He [Jon] is [laughs].
If you were in the ring, what would your gimmick be?
Probably one that I came up with many many moons ago called Renee Con Queso. I was a luchador and my finishing move was spray cheese to the face.
Would you rather be in a Hallmark Holiday movie or have your own cooking show?
Oh God. Yikes. I’m going to do Hallmark only because I already do some cooking stuff.
Who has had a better acting career so far, you or Jon?
Jon.
Canada or US?
I’m going to get in trouble for this one, but God, I miss Canada.
Why do Canadians apologize so much?
I have no idea what that’s about. It’s a lot. I think it’s some kind of inferiority complex or what or we’re just too polite, but that is a thing that we do. I don’t know what that’s about.
Too nice, but she can be an asshole.
Oh yeah, I think that applies to most Canadians. We’re nice up front, but we’ll talk some mad shit as soon as you’re gone.
Favorite thing to cook.
Pasta. Always a pasta dish.
Are the Bengals going to the Super Bowl this year?
They better be! If this isn’t the year, they better be doing it. They made some good moves in the offseason. Obviously, they’re taking this run incredibly seriously. There is no flukes happening here. We’re tightening up, we’re protecting Burrow. Super Bowl. Here we come.
