Liv Morgan is without a doubt one of the most popular female WWE Superstars right now. She worked extremely hard to gain her current position in WWE and the fans’ affection and admiration. Morgan is a big Trish Stratus fan, having grown up watching the WWE Hall Of Famer and getting inspiration from her. Morgan did, however, revealed how she felt about pinning Stratus immediately before her heel turn.
Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus defended the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez on Monday Night RAW last week. Lita was set to replace Stratus, but she was attacked backstage before the match began.
Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus were unable to successfully defend their titles despite their best efforts. Liv Morgan won the match by pinning Trish Stratus. Trish Stratus immediately turned on Becky Lynch, surprising everyone in attendance.
Liv Morgan discussed her thoughts on pinning Trish Stratus before the latter’s heel turn on The Bump. Morgan stated that she has always admired Stratus. She did, however, feel awkward about pinning Stratus just before the heel turn.
“I’ll take that accolade, thank you!” Morgan exclaimed. “I’ve looked up to Trish, we’ve been on ‘The Bump’ together. It was an absolute honor, but after [Stratus’s heel turn after the match], I’m a little more like [malevolent laughing] about it. hate it for Becky, like my qualm about it is that Becky did not deserve that,” Morgan said of the attack. “And so I feel for that, but otherwise I feel like this is very typical Trish — to me at least.” According to long-time Stratus fan Morgan, this is exactly the behavior that she’s come to expect from her. “She loves the attention,” Morgan explained. “She loves the spotlight on her. On Monday, she wanted to remind everyone she is not your teen fantasy, she is the greatest of all time. Whether I agree with that? I plead the fifth. But I think it’s typical Trish and I’m not mad at her for it. I just feel for Becky.”

After capturing the belts last week on Monday Night RAW, Liv Morgan implored Raquel Rodriquez not to turn her back on her. Only time will tell how WWE bookd their reign as champions over the next few weeks.
