Matt Jackson Receiving Multiple Treatments For Torn Bicep Injury
Matt Jackson may still be wrestling and busting out the most complicated moves of his moveset, but he is also receiving multiple medical treatments to help get him back to 100% faster.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter wrote a short bit about Matt Jackson’s injury. It was stated that Jackson is going through platelet-rich plasma therapy and stem cell treatments to recover faster. It was previously noted that Jackson would want to avoid surgery for the injury.
Matt Jackson did far more than anyone expected including a series of Northern lights suplexes on the floor in the brawl on Dynamite this week. He was doing both PRP and stem cell treatments on the arm and the doctors said how great it was looking so quickly after the injury. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses injections of a concentration of a patient’s own platelets to accelerate the healing of injured tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints

It seems that for now, Matt Jackson is hoping to heal his injury while he continues to compete in AEW. As mentioned previously, Matt has opted to try avoid surgery for the injury and as such, is exploring multiple other options to help heal the injury faster.
