Vince McMahon may not be attending shows in person, but he is still leaving his fingerprints on the product.
McMahon has been in and out of the spotlight over the last year, with him retiring before forcing his way back into WWE and going on to sell the company to Endeavor earlier this month.
Ringside News asked around and revealed how much McMahon influenced this week’s product.
We were told by a tenured member of the creative team that Vince McMahon was not at television this week, but he “shared his thoughts regarding the shows.” It was noted what he changed about the shows, but it’s obvious that he still had his say in the matter.

Of course, Vince has not been present at a WWE show since the RAW after WrestleMania, a show that was panned by many fans and has since reserved himself to making minor changes to the shows while letting Triple H continue to run the show.
