Big E may be healing and in a good place mentally, but WWE have yet to begin pitching ideas for his return.
E has been out of action for over a year now after he was dropped on his neck by Ridge Holland during a routine belly to belly suplex on an episode of SmackDown.
Big E recently revealed that he is feeling good after his latest scans, and Ringside News asked around if his WWE return was nearing.
A tenured member of the WWE creative team told us that, “if Big E can ever return, the writing team has not been officially informed yet.” Therefore, this reported “pitched” idea about the New Day’s reunion is not legitimate.

Big E has made it clear that he will be ok if he will never be able to wrestle again, but fans continue to hope we will see the return of the former WWE Champion one day.
