AEW Officials Were Surprised Stokely Hathaway Wanted To Rehearse All Out 2022 Ladder Spot
Stokely Hathaway wanted to practice climbing the ladder prior to the event.
While speaking on the Talk is Jericho podcast, Stokely detailed how The Firm taking over the Casino Ladder match and handing the poker chip to MJF. Stokely would have to climb a ladder for this moment, and he wasn’t too happy about it.
“I won’t lie, I would say the biggest thing that I was concerned with is actually climbing the ladder. I never done anything like that before.
So basically it was the beatdown with everyone from The Firm surrounding the ring and then Ethan Page, I pretty much begged him, ‘hey, you have to hold this ladder for me’. He held the ladder, I climbed up and grabbed the chip.
So, I’d say like maybe few hours before the pay-per-view, I went up to George and said, ‘hey, can we please have a rehearsal’, they thought that was crazy.
I’m glad we did, because there was special way to that I had to prop my knees and legs on the ladder to not tip over, because there was a giant chain holding the chip.
So If I would have accidently pushed it or moved different way I would have fallen off the ladder.”

Stokely remains the mastermind behind The Firm’s foundation and will undoubtedly feature in the upcoming Hardy Compound match involving the faction. We will have to wait and see when he pops back up on AEW TV.
