The preliminary viewership numbers for SmackDown are in.
SpoilerTV reported on May 6 that WWE SmackDown on May 5 averaged 1.976 million viewers in the preliminary numbers. This number is down significantly from the April 28 episode, which drew 2.298 million viewers in the preliminary numbers. Friday’s episode drew a 0.47 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The preliminary rating for April 21 came in a 0.61 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
SmackDown served as the go home show for WWE Backlash tonight. We will have to wait and see what this week’s final viewership numbers will look like.
