WWE Backlash Match Result: Matt Riddle, Sami Zayn And Kevin Owens vs The Bloodline
The story began from the opening bell as Jey Uso demanded to start the match, with a visibly irritated Solo stepping onto the apron.
The match would start off slow, as is tradition with WWE six man tag matches. Solo Sikoa would tag himself into the match after Jimmy struggled with Sami Zayn. He would turn the tide of the match before willingly tagging out of the match. He would briefly stay out of the ring before once again tagging himself in to do more work on Sami Zayn.
The Bloodline would continue to single out Sami Zayn but eventually he would get the hot tag to Matt Riddle who took on The Uso’s on his own, having a lot of success. However, the match would descend into chaos from there with frequent tags and multiple finishers being exchanged.
As the match came towards its finish, Solo and Jey would have an argument over who was legal, causing Sami Zayn to have a chance to hit a Helluva kick on both Jey and Solo before a near fall.
Once again, the match would descend into chaos, with Solo almost hitting a Samoan Spike on Jey Uso. However, he would let go before hitting the move. Solo would tag himself in for the finish hitting the Samoan Spike on Matt Riddle for the win.
