Several “reporters” have been stating that WWE will have more blood in the next few months, using Brock Lesnar’s crimson mask at Backlash to back it up.
However, these rumors have now been disputed. Ringside News asked around with WWE creative sources and have been told this rumor is false.
Ringside News asked around about WWE’s policy about blood, and whether anything will change with the UFC merger. We were told by a tenured member of the creative team that there has been no indication that there will be a change in either direction

Unfortunately, not much has changed in the regard of WWE still remaining a PG product. We will have to wait and see if we will see more stars busted open in the near future, but for now it does not seem to be the case.
