Yuka Sakazaki Set To Graduate From TJPW This Year And Will Wrestle In 2024 In The United States
Yuka Sakazaki will be graduating this year from TJPW.
Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling had a press conference held today and announced that Sakazaki will be graduating from the company, her final TJPW match will be at Korakuen Hall on December 1, 2023.
Starting in 2024, Yakazaki will continue to wrestle while being based out of the United States.
Sakazaki has been part of TJPW since 2013. She is a former POP (Princess of Princess) Champion, a Princess Tag Team Champion, and a Tokyo Princess Cup winner.
Sakazaki and Mizuki, collectively known as the Magical Sugar Rabbits, currently hold the Princess Tag Team Championship. In recent months, Sakazaki has also wrestled for ROH; she challenged Athena for the ROH Women’s World Championship at ROH Supercard of Honor 2023.
She has also wrestled many times for AEW, dating back to the company’s inaugural Double or Nothing show in 2019. Additionally, Sakazaki has competed for DDT and PWG. She wrestled at the retirement show on February 22 for Keiji Muto.
