Claudio Castagnoli Defeats Rey Fenix, Earns Ring of Honor Tag Team Title Match On AEW Dynamite
Claudio Castagnoli and Rey Fenix went to war in a double jeopardy match where the winner would get a shot at the other mans title.
The match was as expected, with Claudio utilizing his power and Fenix utilizing his speed with some incredible counters between the two. Fenix would utilize his agility again and again to get the advantage. The match was very back and forth, with both champions battling with everything they had.
However, the finish would come with haste as Claudio would land Hammerlock elbows before hitting a powerbomb to get the win over Rey Fenix.
This means that Claudio will get a Ring of Honor World Tag Team title shot with a partner of his choosing vs The Lucha Brothers.
