FTR vs Jay Lethal And Jeff Jarrett With Mark Briscoe As Special Referee Set For AEW Double Or Nothing

FTR will defend the AEW Tag Team Championships at Double Or Nothing.

Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal have now got their wish and will challenge for the belts at the PPV. But there is a twist. On this week’s AEW Dynamite, FTR and their presumptive challengers were in the ring together. Mark Briscoe made his way to the ring and announced the tag title match with a twist, with him as special guest referee.

Mark would try to mend the bridges with a round of shots, but Sonjay Dutt had other ideas and spat the tequila in Dax Harwood’s face. This would lead to a brawl where Briscoe would be piledriven by a blinded Dax.

The segment would end with Mark getting checked on by medical staff and pushing Dax away.
