Intercontinental Championship Number 1 Contender Battle Royal Announced For Monday’s RAW

We will find out a new number 1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship on Monday Night RAW.

WWE have announced that Gunther will learn of his next challenger as superstars compete in a battle royal on the May 15 episode of WWE Raw. Elsewhere, Becky Lynch and Cody Rhodes will both cut promos on the show as they continue their feuds with Trish Stratus and Brock Lesnar respectively.

Gunther last defended the Intercontinental Championship just a few short weeks ago as he defeated Xavier Woods with the title on the line. He has now held the title for around a year.
