The new merged company name for the UFC and WWE has reportedly been revealed.
According to CNBC, an Endeavor spokesperson confirmed that the merged WWE and UFC company will be called “TKO Group Holdings. In a recent SEC filing “New Whale Inc” was the name of the company temporarily.
When the merger was announced on April 3, it was stated that the group would list on the New York Stock Exchange ticker as “TKO.”, indicating that this plan has been in place for quite some time regarding the new company name.
The merged company is expected to be worth 21 billion dollars.
