Richard Holliday Preparing For In-Ring Training After Finishing Treatment For Cancer
Richard Holliday is ready to get back into the ring.
Earlier this May, Holliday announced that his Hodgkins Lymphoma was in remission after he had been diagnosed with cancer in 2022.
The former MLW star made his in-ring return at Beyond Wrestling on April 30 when he would make the save for The Miracle Ones following their tag team match. Now, it seems Holliday is approaching an official return.
Prior to taking time off, Holliday was contracted to MLW but would become a free agent last month.
Beyond Wrestling could be one of the destinations Holliday will pop up in soon, it remains to be seen where else the former MLW World Tag Team Champion could appear.
Holliday’s girlfriend and former onscreen manager, Alicia Atout, did also become a free agent earlier this year, meaning the two could appear as a duo once again, wherever they end up next.
During his time in MLW, Holliday won the company’s tag team belts alongside current AEW World Champion and star Maxwell Jacob Friedman.
Holliday is also a former MLW Caribbean Heavyweight Champion and has challenged Alexander Hammerstone for the MLW Heavyweight Championship in what would become his last match for the promotion for the time being.
