While injured, little has been said about Dakota Kai’s injury other than that she was banged up after the WWE women’s tag team championship match on last week’s Friday Night SmackDown.
Fightful Select now reports that Kai’s injury is more serious than Liv Morgan’s, which lead to her having to vacate the women’s tag titles with Raquel Rodriguez.
For those asking about Dakota Kai, she did actually sustain an injury in the same tag team title match that Liv Morgan got hurt in. Ahead of the announcement, we had heard the injury appeared worse than Morgan’s, as outlined in Bayley’s line on Smackdown.

We will have to wait and see how long the Damage CTRL member will be on the shelf for, but at this time she has no timetable set out for her return to the ring.
