The new prestigious Championship Title has been unveiled.
On 5/20, NJPW held a press conference related to NJPW Resurgence, during the press conference New Japan Pro-Wrestling revealed the NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship.
The first-ever NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion will be decided at NJPW Resurgence on 5/21 as Mercedes Mone, Stephanie Vaquer, Momo Kohgo and WIllow Nightingale will compete in a tournament with the winner being the first to hold the Championship.
