Shayna Baszler has nothing but respect for Nia Jax.
Baszler spoke to DS of Ring the Belle in a recent interview, and noted that her former tag team partner gave her a lot of help behind the scenes.
“I had a lot of fun teaming up with Nia,”
“She really helped me out when I didn’t know anyone. I had just come up here. We decided to team up, and she actually really helped me out a lot behind the scenes, too, like ‘knowing the ropes,’ as they say. I enjoyed it because I did get to show a different side of me that I didn’t get to really show in NXT. “

Nia would go on to leave the company, while Shayna has found herself middling until her recent reunion with Ronda Rousey.
The pair will team to try win the WWE Women’s Tag Titles on the May 29th edition of RAW.
