AEW taped matches and segments for AEW Rampage on May 24 after AEW Dynamite from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

- The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) & Billy Gunn defeated La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush, Preston Vance & Dralistico)
- The Acclaimed cut a promo and teased that they were coming for AEW World Trios Champions The House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King & Buddy Matthews)
- The Gunns (Austin & Colten Gunn) & Ethan Page defeated Frescomatic, Watson & Jeaux Braxton.
- Page cut a post-match promo. The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) came out and revealed that Isiah Kassidy was unable to compete at the pay-per-view because he was injured. HOOK came out, and he will replace in the PPV match.
- Hikaru Shida & Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. defeated Marina Shafir & Nyla Rose
- The Outcasts (Saraya, Toni Storm & Ruby Soho) attacked Jamie Hayter backstage and laid her out.
- Lee Moriarty & Big Bill defeated Best Friends (Trent Beretta & Chuck Taylor)
- AEW Rampage ended with a big brawl with everyone involved in the Blackjack Battle Royal at AEW Double or Nothing.
