Liv Morgan’s injury has turned out worse than WWE originally expected.
A few weeks back, Morgan picked up an injury while defending the WWE Women’s Tag Titles vs Damage CTRL. Unfortunately, this was lead to her and Raquel Rodriguez having to vacate the titles.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter now reports that Morgan’s injury is worse than originally thought.
Liv Morgan’s shoulder injury ended up worse than originally expected. There was word that she may require surgery, but that wasn’t a given and no word how that affects her planned role in a movie on Mildred Burke.

We will have to wait and see how long Liv will remain on the shelf, but if she requires surgery, that will lead to a lengthy stretch on the shelf for the former SmackDown Women’s Champion.
