Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes had a fight at WWE Night Of Champions.
Brock was out first for the match, with the crowd vehemently against him. Cody was out to as ever, a huge reception from the crowd. Cody was sporting a brace that was made of titanium. Early on, Cody played a cat and mouse game with Brock which lead to a sequence of suplexes.
Cody then realized that his titanium brace can be used in the match and began a flurry of moves using the brace. He would then hit a pair of Cross Rhodes’. For the final one however, Brock exploded out of it and put on a Kimura lock in the centre of the ring. After a struggle Cody managed to attempt a reversal but only got more trapped underneath Lesnar. After a huge struggle, Cody made it to the ropes to break the hold.
Lesnar would pull Cody up for an F5 but Rhodes countered into a Cross Rhodes. After a 2 count, Lesnar hit the F5 for a 2 count. After this, Lesnar put Cody in the Kimura lock one final time for the win.
