The Women’s World Title match at AEW Double Or Nothing started with The Outcasts attacking Jamie Hayter and removing a turnbuckle, however, Britt Baker would drive Saraya out of the ringside area.
After green spray in the face from Ruby Soho, Hayter would eat a hip attack from Storm almost immediately, with Hikaru Shida driving Ruby Soho out of the ringside area, making it a one on one match between Hayter and Storm. Hayter would hit Hayterade with her bad arm but only managed a a two fall.
Hayter would then shed the medical tape she had on her shoulder, going for Hayterade again. Toni would counter, shoving Jamie into the exposed turnbuckle before hitting Storm Zero for the shock pinfall, making Toni Storm the first ever two time AEW Women’s World Champion.
