Thea Hail is the new number 1 contender for the NXT Women’s Championship.
On last night’s edition of NXT, a Battle Royale was held to determine the number 1 contender for the NXT Women’s Championship held by Tiffany Stratton. The match featured a NXT return for Dana Brooke. Brooke would end up lasting till the end of the match, when Thea Hail eliminated her and Cora Jade at the same time to earn the surprising victory.

After the match, Thea would celebrate with Chase U and the Cavinder twins. It is unknown when Thea will face Tiffany Stratton for the NXT Women’s Championship.
