Seth Rollins reveals that he is the one who made the initial pitch to cash in the Money In The Bank briefcase at WrestleMania 31.
At the event, Roman Reigns faced Brock Lesnar in the main event for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The match was a brutal affair between the two men, but the ending is what fans will remember forever. Seth Rollins would hit the ring with the Money In The Bank briefcase, cashing in to steal the title out from underneath Brock and Roman.
While speaking on My Love Letter to Wrestling, Seth Rollins stated that he pitched the moment.
“I thought it was a great opportunity to create a moment unlike any we’ve ever seen. I thought it was a great way to build myself but also to build Roman and give him somebody to chase. I just didn’t think the time was right, I didn’t think the audience was ready for that victory, and fortunately for me I think people saw it that way as well.”

At present, Rollins is currently the World Heavyweight Champion on Monday nights.
