Billy Gunn Says AEW Have Tried To Bring In Sean Waltman Multiple Times
Billy Gunn says AEW have attempted to bring X-Pac into AEW on multiple occasions.
Billy Gunn has been part of AEW for a long time now and has risen to being one of the most over acts in the entire company alongside The Acclaimed. But as it turns out, Gunn has tried to bring another former DX member into All Elite Wrestling.
During a recent interview with Sportskeeda’s WrestleBinge, Gunn explained that AEW have tried to sign Waltman multiple times over the years.
“I don’t know if that’s the thing right now, because I think you’d be hard-pressed to get Tony to get me away from The Acclaimed right now,” said Gunn. “No, I mean, it would be great. I think we’ve tried to get Sean in here a couple of times. Things just didn’t work out. I think if the time’s right, I think he would be a great asset because he still has huge popularity, everybody knows him, and he’s such a good guy that he would not only help the younger talent as well as be a good representative for our company. He’d be amazing if we could get him in here.”

We will have to wait and see if Waltman ever shows up in All Elite Wrestling but for now Billy Gunn will turn his attention to the AEW trios titles, currently held by The House Of Black.
