New IMPACT Champions Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin Kick Off 6/15 Episode of IMPACTonAXSTV
Against All Odds saw some very unique title changes.
The Motor City Machine Guns walked out as champions, but not as a team.
Chris Sabin lost a match for the X Division Title at Under Siege after Trey Miguel grabbed some spray paint and shot it in the eyes of Sabin when the referees view was obstructed.
Chris Sabin defeated Trey Miguel last Friday at Against All Odds in a rematch from Under Siege to become a 9x TNA/IMPACT Wrestling X Division champion.
Alex Shelley earned a shot at the World Title when he competed with 5 other men at Under Siege in a 6 way match, which consisted of Moose, Eddie Edwards, Frankie Kazarian, Yuya Uemura, & Jonathan Gresham. Shelley hit Yuya with a Shell Shock and gained the victory.
Alex then went on to wrestle Maclin at Against All Odds this past Friday night. After a hard-fought, back and forth battle, the experience & skill proved victorious as Alex Shelley defeated Maclin to become the NEW IMPACT World Champion.
Alex Shelley’s match for Slammiversary is already set, as he will defend against #1 contender Nick Aldis.
Many fans will be glued to their television sets to see what Sabin & Shelley have to say.
