CM Punk Says He Remains AEW World Champion Until Someone Pins or Submits Him On AEW Collision
To kick off AEW Collision, CM Punk made his way to the ring and took a microphone.
He would start off by letting fans know he was tired of playing nice. He would first tell fans he loves them because they love him. Punk would continue to speak from the heart and thanking fans. Punk would then speak on his detractors, saying he is the truth and truth is painful. Fuck The Elite chants would break out, with Punk not acknowledging them.
Punk would then ask the Chicago crowd why would he change. He would then say he won’t compromise. He would then mention those who want an apology. Punk would apologize, saying those are softer than the wrestlers they like.
Punk would then reveal in a red bag that he has the AEW World Heavyweight Title that he won in his last match in AEW when he defeated Jon Moxley at AEW All Out 2022. Punk said he would remain champion until someone pins or submits him to end his promo.
CM Punk remains the lineal World Heavyweight Champion, having never lost to MJF with the title on the line.
