Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Katsuhiko Nakajima vs. AJPW’s Kento Miyahara Is Official For July 15th

A massive inter-promotional matchup has been made official as Pro Wrestling NOAH superstar Katsuhiko Nakajima is set to take on All Japan Pro-Wrestling megastar Kento Miyahara at the NOAH July 15th One Night Dream event at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.

This match was requested by Katsuhiko Nakajima following his and Go Shiozaki’s win over Kenoh and Manabu Soya at the June 17th Green Journey 2023 in Nagoya show. Backstage Nakajima challenged Miyahara:

July 15 NOAH Korakuen, Katsuhiko Nakajima vs Kento Miyahara is decided! Hey, Kento. Let’s talk in the ring for the 1st time in a while.”

Once the match was made official, Kento Miyahara took to Twitter to make these comments:

This fight has nothing to do with me whether it’s All Japan Pro Wrestling or Pro Wrestling Noah. The story of Kento Miyahara and Katsuhiko Nakajima begins again. The stage is Kensuke’s office, the land of memories, Korakuen Hall. We’ll talk more about this fight soon.

The two have history together for Kensuke Office/Diamond Ring back in the early years on their careers. This will be the fourth singles match between Nakajima and Miyahara and the first one in over ten years.
