Dragongate Releases SB KENTo and Takuma Fujiwara Due To Breach Of Contract
Dragongate has announced that due to a “serious breach of contract” they have released Kento Kofune aka SB KENTo and Takuma Fujiwara. The announcement was made on Dragongate’s Twitter page.
As per Dragongate:
Kento Kofune and Takuma Fujiwara, who belong to our company, were suspected of a serious breach of contract, and we had repeated discussions with both players about their future treatment. We would like to inform you that we have decided to cancel the contract with both players based on mutual agreement.
Kento Kofune and Takuma Fujiwara each released statements regarding the situation.
Kento Kofune: “I have left Dragon Gate. Thank you to all the fans and people involved who have supported us so far. We look forward to your continued support.”
Takuma Fujiwara: “It was a short time, but I would like to thank everyone who supported us, and I look forward to your continued support.”
Kento Kofune (23) and Takuma Fujiwara (21) are two young potential stars that were highly considered to be a big part of Dragongate’s future.
Details of the breach of contract have not been made public by Dragongate.
