DDT Pro-Wrestling took it’s What Are You Doing 2023 Tour to the Hakodate City General Wholesale Center Distribution Hall in Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan on June 16th.
The event was headlined by a special six man tag team match that saw Tetsuya Endo, Jun Akiyama & Yusuke Okada defeat the team Yuji Hino, Makoto Oishi & Yukio Sakaguchi.
There was a title change at the show as Sanshiro Takagi defeated the wrestling doll Yoshihiko to become the new Iron Man Heavymetalweight champion.

- Main Event: Special 6-Man Tag Match: Tetsuya Endo, Jun Akiyama & Yusuke Okada defeated Yuji Hino, Makoto Oishi & Yukio Sakaguchi when Okada pinned Oishi with the Sudden Death
- Daisuke Sasaki & MJ Paul defeated Toi Kojima & Rukiya when Sasaki submitted Rukiya with the Crossface Lock.
- Hakodate Specialty Special Single Match: Yuki Ishida defeated Akinori Ariji with the Flame Palm
- HARASHIMA & Hideki Okatani defeated Kazusada Higuchi & Yuya Koroku when HARASHIMA pinned Koroku with the Somato
- Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Sanshiro Takagi defeated Yoshihiko (c) with a School Boy to become the new champion.
- SILVER QUEEN Infomercial Match: MAO & Yoshihiko defeated Sanshiro Takagi & Kazuki Hirata when Yoshihiko pinned Hirata with the Reincarnation.
- Yuki “Sexy” Iino & Danshoku “Dandy” Dieno defeated Akito & Kazuma Sumi when Iino submitted Sumi after the Sexy Shampoo
