Jeff Hardy Written Off AEW TV Due To Him Not Being Allowed Into Canada
Jeff Hardy will once again be off AEW TV.
On AEW Dynamite this week, Jeff Hardy was written off the program after he and Matt lost to The Gunns and were beaten down at the hands of Jay White and Juice Robinson. It appears this was done with good reason.
Fightful Select reports that due to his previous arrests, Jeff will not be allowed into Canada when AEW make their way north for a tour of Canada over the summer.
Jeff Hardy has been getting his legs underneath him of late after the longest in-ring absence of his life, but he’s not going to be performing on AEW TV during their trip to Canada. Fightful Select learned that Hardy is unable to get into Canada due to his arrests, and was written off of television as a result for the time being. Hardy and his brother Matt lost to the Gunns, and were beaten down by Bullet Club Gold after the match. CMFTRicky then came to their aid before setting up a Collision match. Hardy has worked a couple of televised matches after returning, but also performed on live events during the AEW House Rules tour. AEW has eight straight dates in Canada, and don’t return to the United States until the July 19 episode of Dynamite in Boston at the TD Garden. It’s possible AEW can or will do pre-tapes with Jeff Hardy

We will have to wait and see when Jeff will be back and if AEW do pretapes to make up for his absence.
