AEW are looking to invest more in games, should Fight Forever do well when it releases next week.
The console game is scheduled for release on June 29th and has been in development for years now.
Nik Sobic, senior vice president of business development, partnerships, and video games for AEW told SEScoops:
“I’ve worked at AEW and known Tony Khan for the last 10 years. I can pretty much tell you he is one of the most generous people I’ve ever met. I can tell you if this video game does well, we’re going to take those dollars and put that into an AEW video game franchise. Fans speak with their wallets,”

We will have to wait and see how Fight Forever sells when it hits stores one week from today, but here’s hoping AEW will begin development on more games coming soon.
