AJPW Super Rookie Yuma Anzai Speaks On Upcoming Pro Wrestling NOAH N-1 VICTORY Tournament Debut

Pro Wrestling NOAH announced all the participants for the upcoming N-1 VICTORY tournament today at its Star Navigation 2023 event. In what can be thought of as a surprise entrant, NOAH announced that All Japan Pro-Wrestling super rookie Yuma Anzai making his N-1 VICTORY tournament debut. It was revealed that Anzai has been placed in the B Block of the tournament.

Yuma Anzai took to Twitter and had these comments about participating in the N-1 VICTORY tournament:

I will participate in N-1 of Pro Wrestling Noah. I’m looking forward to fighting with people I’ve never fought before! Of course, when I go out, I want to win.

Being in the B Block, Anzai can expect high profile matches against Katsuhiko Nakajima, Go Shiozaki, Manabu Soya and El Hijo del Dr Wagner Jr.

Yuma Anzai is currently out of action with a triceps tear but is expected to be 100% by the time the N-1 VICTORY tournament begins.

The Pro Wrestling NOAH N-1 VICTORY tournament is scheduled to kick off on August 6th at the Yokohama Budokan.
