Mercedes Mone Was Being “Circled” For Bad Bunny’s Upcoming Marvel Project “El Muerto”

Mercedes Mone is no stranger to acting.

The NJPW Women’s star has previously featured in The Mandalorian as a reoccurring character.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sony was “circling professional wrestler Mercedes Varnado for a role” in ‘El Muerto,’ a Spider-Man spinoff starring Bad Bunny.

Mone is currently out of action with an ankle injury that we will not know the extent of until the swelling on the ankle goes down.

It is unknown if the project will resume as Bad Bunny’s touring schedule is reportedly a factor in the project moving forward.

Bunny recently competed at WWE Backlash, defeating Damian Priest in a San Jose Street Fight.
