WWE may be on their way to reuniting one of the greatest tag teams in NXT history.
On Monday’s RAW, Tommaso Ciampa made his return to WWE after a lengthy stint on the shelf with a hip injury. He would defeat Miz in short fashion, though he was originally scheduled for a bigger return match.
Fightful Select reports that WWE have internal plans to reunite Ciampa with his DIY counterpart Johnny Gargano.
There has been an internal plan to reunite Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano, and Gargano was backstage, but he wasn’t planned for the show by the time the night of rolled around.

We will have to wait and see when WWE will pull the trigger on Ciampa and Gargano’s reunion, but fans will be excited to know WWE intends to give the duo a run on the main roster.
