Yesterday, IMPACT Wrestling took to their social media Twitter account to announce that NJPW young lion Yuya Uemura will be going to battle with Kenny King, who will be escorted by his underling, Sheldon Jean.
Kenny King made his way down to ringside with Sheldon Jean during the IMPACT Digital Media Title match between Joe Hendry and Yuya Uemura. After the match was over, Kenny King got into Hendry’s face in the ring and sarcastically congratulated him on his victory.
Earlier today, IMPACT also took to their social media Twitter to announce that Masha Slamovich will be taking on one half of the IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Champions, KiLynn King, who will be escorted to the ring by her partner, Taylor Wilde.
The Coven have been running roughshod over the IMPACT Knockouts division for months now since winning those Knockouts Tag Team Titles.
Just last week, Killer Kelly defeated Taylor Wilde, but then was double-teamed by both Wilde and King when the match was over; that is, until Masha Slamovich emerged from the back with a steel chain to tip the scales.
Will Killer Kelly return the favor when the Knockouts Tag Team Champs gang up on Masha? We’ll have to tune in to find out.
