Tetsuya Naito Comments On Teaming with Sting And Darby Allin At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door
New Japan Pro-Wrestling superstar and leader of the Los Ingobernables de Japon faction Tetsuya Naito teamed with Sting and Darby Allin at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door as they defeated the trio of Chris Jericho, Minrou Suzuki and Sammy Guevara.
Tetsuya spoke with Tokyo Sports about appearing at Forbidden Door and teaming with Sting and Darby Allin:
It was my first joint show, my first time teaming up with Sting and Darby Allin, so it was very fresh and I’m glad I was able to participate. However, what I want to show everyone in the world on this stage is Tetsuya Naito and LIJ.
Tetsuya Naito also indicated who he would like to team with if there is a third AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door event next year:
“And in this AEW ring, there are former buddies who put me in Los Ingobernables, and in terms of the Forbidden Door, I think there is a union between the two, I’m eager to fight with Andrade El Idolo and Rush.
Tetsuya Naito is heading to Mexico for another huge joint show. Naito is scheduled to team with LIJ faction members Titan and BUSHI as they face El Soberano Jr., Atlantis Jr. & Mistico at CMLL x NJPW Fantastica Mania 2023 in Mexico City at the Arena Mexico on June 30th.
