Just moments ago, IMPACT Wrestling broke the news via their social media Twitter account that ABC will be defending their IMPACT Tag Team Titles against 3 other teams.
Ace & Bey will be putting their titles on the line against Subculture, the team of Moose + Brian Myers, & the team of Rich Swann + Sami Callihan.
After failing to lead The Good Hands to Tag Team hold at Against All Odds, and Moose losing against Rich Swann earlier that night, Brian Myers suggested on the 6/15 episode of IMPACTonAXSTV that he and Moose team up to go after the IMPACT Tag Team Titles themselves.
During the show last week, Brian Myers teamed with The Goos Hands to take on oVe. Jake Crist went to the top rope as Fulton had Jason Hotch on his shoulders. Just as he was about to jump off the top, Moose made his way out and pushed Jake Crist off the turnbuckle, causing him to fall to the canvas. Sami and Fulton chased Moose away, but not before Myers was able to hit Crist with a Roster Cut and pick up the victory.
After their match was over, Sami felt that oVe let him down. Rich Swann said he will always have Sami’s back, especially after he saw what Moose did moments ago.
ABC successfully defended the tag titles against Subculture at IMPACT Wrestling’s LIVE Under Siege event back on 5/26.
Chris Bey and Ace Austin, known as ABC, won the titles by defeating The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) on the 3/2 episode of IMPACTonAXSTV.
