The newly crowned All Japan Pro-Wrestling Champion Yuma Aoyagi will be making his first defense of the title against Hokuto Omori on July 22nd at the Shimane Kunibiki Messe Large Exhibition Hall. The match, which will take place on the AJPW Summer Action Series 2023 tour, was made official today as it was announced during a press conference.
Yuma Aoyagi defeated Yuji Nagata on July 2nd to win the AJPW Triple Crown Championship for the first time in his career. After his title win, Hokuto Omori challenged him for the title and Aoyagi accepted.
AJPW held today’s press conference to make that match official.
