It looks like there is a desire by the developers to make changes to the story mode of AEW: Fight Forever.
In a new interview with Cultaholic, Justin Leeper, who was the Narrative Designer for the game was asked if there were plans to update the game mode in the coming months.
“No, we haven’t really gone into that but truth told, I’m in a different role at a different company right now. I would definitely be willing to investigate how we can expand on Road To Elite because again, it’s not a wide mode but it’s a tall mode and if we could widen it a little bit, that’d be great. If we could find some way to do DLC, that would be really neat. Even [to] get some of the characters involved to do their own bespoke, I think that would be really neat but again I’m not in the know on that stuff.”

In the same interview, Leeper addressed the response to the video game.
The game released at the end of last month on all major consoles and PC.
