MLW Star Lance Anoa’i: I Will Definitely Win Pro Wrestling NOAH’s N-1 VICTORY 2023 Tournament
With the NJPW G1 Climax 33 underway, Pro Wrestling NOAH will be kicking off their own N-1 VICTORY 2023 tournament in 3 weeks. The field of 16 participants consists of talent from Pro Wrestling NOAH as well as talent from around the world.
One of the N-1 VICTORY 2023 participants this year will be MLW star and former co-holder of the MLW World Tag Team Titles Lance Anoa’i. This will be Anoa’i first N-1 VICTORY tournament as he will be a participant in the B Block.
Lance Anoa’i made his official Pro wrestling NOAH debut on July 15th at NOAH’s One Night Dream event in an 8 man tag team match. Anoa’i won the match for his team with a Samoan Splash on Manabu Soya.
After the match, Anoa’i was backstage and proclaimed that he will win the N-1 VICTORY 2023 tournament:
The only reason I came to NOAH is to win. I want to win like I did today, and I will definitely win the N-1 VICTORY like I did today’s match
The Pro Wrestling NOAH N-1 VICTORY 2023 tournament kicks off on August 6th. The first opponent for Lance Anoa’i is scheduled to be AJPW super rookie Yuma Anzai.
