SmackDown Receives 30% Less Advertising Than Other Shows On Friday Nights
SmackDown may be WWE’s most watched show week in, week out but it appears that is not due to advertising.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter included a note that SmackDown receives 30% less advertising than their competition.
Even though SmackDown is the highest rated show every Friday, its ads are still priced 30 percent lower than those on CBS, NBC and ABC on shows that draw far less

SmackDown regularly records over two million viewers on Friday nights, with the show taking up the 8-10PM time slot.
