Danhausen Says HOOKHausen Could Reunite And Chase The Tag Titles
Danhausen teases the reunion of HOOKHausen.
Danhausen and HOOK gradually became friends in 2022 and formed the tag team known as HOOKHausen. The duo defeated Tony Nese and “Smart” Mark Sterling at AEW Double or Nothing 2022 but have not teamed together since.
Speaking with Jim Viscardi for Comicbook Nation at San Diego Comic Con 2023, Danhausen was asked about possibly reuniting with the former FTW Champion in the future and possibly challenging for the AEW Tag Titles.
“People keep asking for it. We are undefeated. He did lose the [FTW] title, so maybe he could let Jack, Jack Perry or whatever his name is keep that one, and maybe we’ll get the tag team titles. But I don’t really want to fight FTR, to be quite honest with you. Good friends of mine, and also they’re quite good at professional wrestling. I don’t want to wrestle for an hour. I think it would be tiring,”

Time will tell if HOOKHausen will reunite in the future, but AEW fans would surely be happy to see them back together should it come to pass.
