Gunther and Roman Reigns are two of the most dominant champions of the modern era in all of professional wrestling, let alone just WWE. Many believe that once Gunther drops his Intercontinental Championship, he will be elevated to a main event spot.
With that elevation could come with even bigger matchups for the Ring General. However, Gunther does not consider one of these matchups a dream one.
While speaking to Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Riju Dasgupta, the leader of Imperium made it clear that he doesn’t consider Roman Reigns as a dream opponent.
“I wouldn’t consider Roman as a dream opponent. I think we are two completely different wrestlers. He’s obviously somebody that came up through, first of all his family history, but then he got basically developed or trained in the WWE system and got brought up through that.”

We will have to wait and see if Gunther and Reigns will one day cross paths in a WWE ring but for now, Gunther is in no rush to step up to the Tribal Chief.
