Buff Bagwell was arrested earlier this month for a DUI and has now commented on the arrest.
According to Cobb County police records, Marcus Bagwell (Buff Bagwell) was pulled over for speeding on July 13 and arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. He was sentenced with no bond and he was quickly released on July 15th.
Back in December, Bagwell celebrated over 100 days sober after a history of substance issues.
Now, Bagwell has commented on the incident and provided some clarification.
Just wanted to clarify to everyone that I am 11 months sober (tomorrow). I see there is news out that I had to spend time in jail for a DUI but this was from the original offense years ago. I did get a recent sanction because I didn’t document a recent trip out of state properly
