Orange Cassidy has enemies around every corner.
To kick off AEW Dynamite, AR Fox would challenge the dominant International Champion. The match was an athletic affair with both men going toe to toe and using their years in the sport to their advantage against one another.
In the end, Cassidy would score the victory with a mousetrap rollup after targeting Fox’s hamstring all match. After the bout, Cassidy would put his sunglasses on Fox, with Fox breaking them and then laying Cassidy out with a shot.
This would bring Darby Allin out, who was furious with Fox for striking Cassidy with a cheap shot. While this happened, Cassidy recovered his bearings in the ring, only for Jon Moxley to assault him, hitting the Death Rider on the champion.
