Kevin Patrick Says People Should Bow Down To Michael Cole For His Storytelling Ability

Michael Cole has been in WWE for an incredible amount of time and has been the consistent lead announcer in WWE for at least a decade now. In recent years, Cole has gone from being someone many fans did not like to one of the more popular announcers in the sport as his career was revitalized by having a partner like Pat McAfee.

Now, Monday Night RAW’s Kevin Patrick has spoke about Cole’s ability to tell stories as an announcer.

Speaking with Chris Van Vliet in a recent interview, Patrick explained why viewers should be “bowing down” to Michael Cole for the element of psychology he brings to The Bloodline’s storyline week in and week out on Friday Night SmackDown.

“If you’re not bowing down to Michael Cole right now and everything he’s done throughout the bloodline storyline over the past three-plus years, you should be because the level of storytelling and the depth of it — that’s the key here is peeling back that onion and going those extra layers. Cole is just so stupidly special at it. He is. He had Pat McAfee, a totally different personality [from] Wade Barrett. [They are] both incredible at what they do, yet Michael Cole has still managed to get the best out of everyone he sits next to,”
